About the Channel

As part of the broader NHL Center Ice premium package on DirecTV, the NHLCI2 channel serves as an overflow or secondary feed. Because multiple professional hockey games often happen simultaneously, DirecTV utilizes several channels to deliver these out-of-market matchups to subscribers. This channel is strictly focused on live sporting events rather than traditional daily programming.

Checking the TV Guide

The DirecTV - NHL Center Ice - NHLCI2 tv guide provides essential broadcast information for upcoming hockey games. Because the channel does not air a continuous 24/7 stream of regular shows, the schedule is highly dependent on the official NHL season calendar. Visitors can use the guide to find exact broadcast dates, pre-game coverage times, puck drop times, and the teams competing on this specific feed.
